"Book Studio One now!!! What a cool place. The studio itself is very cool but the view is SPECTACULAR! Best view we saw in three full days in the area. El Castillo is a small town away from the bustle of La Fortuna with everything you need within walking distance. Kelly and Alejandra are great people and their La Ventanita Cafe is awesome. Best burger and beer I’ve had in CR. Stay here without regrets!!"

"Spacious accommodations and friendly host. Host was responsive and very helpful. Beautiful views but in the Lake Arenal area, which is quite secluded. There is one small, delicious restaurant 400 meters away, but not walkable. LaFortuna is approximately an hour drive, must have a car if staying here. It was a very pleasant stay, but not in the location listed."

"We booked a place for 4 adults yet we’re not told that this would be 2 SEPARATE rooms with no inter-leading doors. The rooms are I. A main road and you can hear local traffic zooming by. The bigger issue are the three dog in the house behind the rooms - darling all night ling. No chance of sleep. Not acceptable!"
