"The staff was friendly but english language skills were so so. There was no ironing board; one of the faucets were leaking throughout our stay which kept the washroom floor wet. I requested the front desk to fix it and showed the video to them but it was not fixed during our stay. "There was a bad stinch (smell within the property). Hallways mot properly clean. Bathroom did not have anti slip rugs, not soap holders, TV did not work well always stuck on 1 channel."

"The apartment/hotel lacks amenities, and during my 7-day stay, the cleaning crew left the unit dirty for three days. I had to request towels, which were taken but never replaced. The bidet was clogged, and despite informing the reception desk, no resolution was provided. When I asked the reception desk for restaurant recommendations, they simply directed me to Google. Overall, this is not a suitable place for tourists to stay. "

"Suite was set up nicely. Property is close to the mall and taxis. I would have given an excellent review except there were no towels and the shower was leaking. Was a beautiful room and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Would stay here again. "

"Le Nautique was a great stop over place for us. The communication from Annalise before our arrival was faultless and so helpful. We were so stoked by the location of the venue from the airport and Anse Royale. The rooms were super clean and had everything we needed. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. I’m sure we will be back and would absolutely recommend this property to everyone we know. Thank you so much for being great!"

"Great location for tour in Casablanca, and calm, cozy, modern, and spacious room. The best one thing that security(?!) man in front of the enterence is very kind, generous and polite every time. I was so happy to know him and this lovely place."

"We love staying at this property. I would give it to five out of five if you are travelling with kids it’s Saif clean and close to everything. The stuff was amazing. They tried their best to help in. Anyway they can even win one of us got sick. they called the local pharmacy and secured medication’s delivered to the room as well. "

"I have stayed at The Lennox several times and I generally like the place. There are just a few little things that could be done to improve things: There is only the Elm Cafe available for food / drink. It would be good to have some take away ordering system for visitors. The wifi data ran out while I was there. Luckily I had my own source. When you arrive it would be good to have some bottled water for guests. "We loved our stay at the Sarova Stanley over the holidays. We stayed there on 3 nights - one when we arrived , one when we were transitioning from the coast to the upcountry part of our trip, and one when we were leaving. Each time, we found the staff friendly, helpful, and respectful. The rooms were large and clean. The dining was excellent with a great atmosphere and even live music. And the spa was fantastic - great massages! Very highly recommended all around."

"Fantastic hotel in the city walls, walkable to everything and felt safe. Staff were great, changed up large notes and the welcome tea/pastry was a nice touch. We were lucky and got upgraded, the room had dressing gowns and slippers, and everything you could wish for. The Indian restaurant was lovely, as was the heated rooftop pool. Would definitely recommend and stay if we came back xx"
