"Staying at Le Riad Monceau was like walking into a secret heaven. The smell of rose fragrance enchanted my senses as we walked in the door along with the moroccan decor. I felt a sense of peace and ease upon entering. We were greeted with the traditional Moroccan mint tea (which I love) and cookies. One of the cookies (Zwina) had a hint of cinnamon which is my favorite. Hosni provided us such comfort in welcoming my son and I. He made our stay feel like we were at home! We were immediately upgraded (Hosni was too sweet , I was in Awe) to a suite room with a jacuzzi! I didn't even mention prior that I was celebrating my birthday! It was really a gift to experience such luxury! My son was thrilled (I was introducing him to his moroccan roots)! We never had a room with a jacuzzi! I tried the haman oriental massage for the first time and it was so relaxing. In the morning we had a traditional moroccan style breakfast sitting by the pool in the middle of the Riad. The entire experience was magical! The location of the Riad is perfect for easy navigation to the medina. I would highly recommemd staying here and dip your toes in luxury. "

"All great only the pool service could be faster. Restaurant great food, service the same menu all 5 days. Front desk great. Don’t book anything prior they can organize it all. "

"Overall, a very nice stay. It is conveniently located in Stone Town and for catching day trips out to Prison Island. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Food and bar options plentiful. The rooftop restaurant, bar, and pool area is quite nice. "
