"Es war das erste mal, das wir nach Ägypten reisten. Es war sehr sehr schön. Wir müssen uns beim Aladdin für die Betreuung ganz herzlich bedanken weil schon ab Abholung vom Flughafen waren wir von ihm sehr begeistert. Wir wollten eine Bewertung schreiben aber wir würden nichts neues und anderes schreiben können was schon vor uns Heike und Maurice geschrieben haben. "When we arrived Wi-Fi was not working couldn't contact home. I complained to karim he couldn't speak English. He was saying 1hr or tomorrow. Four days later he sorted it out and one week later it never worked. The toilet was over flowing never got repaired so had to use only one toilet. I believe Karim did not care about anything. Other people also said he was waste of time. Because of it I give two stars. If you can't speak French or Arabic it will be a big problem."

"There was a little mix up with the confirmed booking to start with, which appears to be the company’s fault. However our host was amazing and immediately jumped in the help with the problem. He helped us with navigating the area and even exchanging money for local currency.
