"This Riad is very close to Jemaa el-Fnaa and it is convenient to everything in the Medinah. The rooms are pleasant and functional, and I enjoyed the Moroccan style present everywhere in the hotel. Every staff member is amazingly friendly and helpful. When I arrived Karim told me everything I needed to know about how to get around, bargain, and enjoy Marrakech. He recommended good restaurants and things to do. If I go back to Marrakech, I will want to stay here."

"The Riad itself was beautiful and the staff were incredible. They were attentive , polite, helpful and always willing to lend a hand so that your stay and Morocco experience were amazing. The location was quite good as well . About 100 meters from Bab Dhoukala which is the main entrance to the area and where your tax would drop u off . "Amazing property and property management. Super peaceful and beautiful, caring staff who were all so lovely. Only downside is you have to wait for the property manager to open the door to the Riad everytime "

"We have just returned from a 3 day stay in this lovely Riad. We booked our airport taxi through the hotel and the host met us from the drop off point in the Medina to walk to the Riad. Our host was a lovely quiet man who was very hospitable. The Riad was beautiful inside but fairly basic which we liked. "When booking our weekend trip to Marrakesh we had a simple criteria, be close to the action but quiet on an evening, the ability to get a beer or wine if we desired and authentic with the quality you’d expect from a hotel. The Riad Dar Justo ticked all of the boxes, extremely clean, friendly and pleasant. Great Hotel with Great Staff

"I had an amazing stay here. The staff were top notch and extremely helpful during our entire stay. I had a few issues with my initial room that I was given at check in, and when I brought them up to the onsite manager, he quickly went out of his way to change my room. ALL of the staff I interacted with were fantastic. From the front desk, to the restaurant staff, to housekeeping, everyone went above and beyond. The rooms were great and very comfortable. Even the room I changed from was great. The main issue I had was with the balcony door. It had a large gap that could let bugs inside. Because I could not get the yellow fever vaccine, I was terrifed of mosquitos coming in. As I stated earlier, the manager changed our room without any issue and the new room was perfect. I would reccommend this hotel to anyone going to Nairobi."

Friendly reception

"The hotel is on 6 different properties close to each other in the Medina. I visited three of these (one with main reception and breakfast, one with the room I stayed in and a third with the spa). All were close by but its good to be aware of this. The staff were helpful with the luggage and with booking taxis, spa, excursions etc. "
