"Well l would like AC in all the rooms in the apartment. Some apartment only had AC in the living room. Therefore making sleeping at night very uncomfortable. "

"Had an amazing relaxed stay. Property was big, sunny big terrace. Beds were super comfy, I suffer with back pain but the mattresses were one of the best I’ve slept on. Rebecca and jay were amazing responded straight away to any queries. Apartment was equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommend and would stay again in a heart beat. "

"We were met at the airport and taken to our apartment. Really nice and airy, nicely decorated with good shower and comfortable bed and all the things you need to self cater. Brilliant double glazed window tilted so could be left open all day but when closed blocked out any noise. Right next to beach and with a nice garden with parasol to sit out in. Fruit/veg sellers came to just outside the apartment every morning and there is a brilliant bakery 10 minutes away and a stunning juice/snack...

"This condo was comfortable and quiet. The ocean front and view of Mindelo was beautiful in the evening. The ocean facing balcony can be windy but the remaining side balcony was perfect. Condo maintains the basic essentials. Genilda was very helpful and always arranged a taxi for us when necessary and was always there. Genilda arranged a taxi at the airport arrival and departure. Building reception was very helpful as well. Taxi ride to Mindelo center is only 10 min ride or less."

"Clean, great communication prior to arrival, complex was quiet and set back from the beach which is good as not too windy."

"Perfect location. The apartment is in a secure conplex overlooking the pool and ocean.The top floor meant a great view and sun all day on the terrace. Plenty of space for two of us.A comfortable bed and lots of storage space.Yes you could hear the town in the evenings. The only night sleep was difficult was NYE. That would have been the case anywhere in Santa Maria!Good communication with Bob, the management company not so easy.A great trip - thank you!"

"Very good location, inside a Melia beautiful resort. Possible to use swimming pools and beach. Excellent wi-fi . Kitchen very well equipped. They cleaned the room at half staying. Just portuguise TV . ( For CNN and SKY listening didn' work). I suggest to explain how the safe works ( it's only in portuguise) and that air-conditioning works with a timer next to the front door, not simply with the remote control."
