"I wish there were more/better food options at the hotel so that I didn’t have to travel for food. The cafe had very limited hours and the food offered at the self serve kiosk was subpar. There was a sandwich and two chicken ceasar salads in the fridge that were expired, unless the date on the sticker was prepared on (it was 4/4 and the sticker said 4/1, usually these stickers indicate sell by or perishable by date). It was a lot of junk food frozen options. Would like to see more variety offered...

"My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay. The establishment was clean and smelt good… not musty like most hotels. The staff was very nice and professional. The location was perfect for everything we were in the city for. 10/10. Will be staying again next time we are in Dallas. "

"All in all, the experience was pretty good! My only issue is that they said there was free breakfast, and upon waking up there was none at all. Only coffee. The first room we received was disgusting, with roaches everywhere, stained sheets, and bugs in the bed. Upon reporting such, they moved us to a much nicer room. "
