Whe i asked what that entailed, she was sort of nonspecific. The room was very nice, but i was afraid to unwrap a paper cup for drinking. Please be sure to refund that deposit when i check out. "Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Staff was nice and friendly. The TV in our room, did not work, not sure if that was the case for all the TV's, but we couldn't use ours. Otherwise, it was a comfortable stay. We did not spend much time in our room, as we were there for business purposes. My only complaint would be the TV not working, but that could easily be resolved, but again we were there for only 2 nights so it was not a huge priority for us. "
