"Lovely hotel, very clean, staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was a really good size with the surprise of a kitchenette in there too which was very handy for us. Lovely little welcome pack which was replenished each day. Bed was comfortable and although the hotel is on a main road it was quiet and we slept so well. Breakfast was nice (continental) but we would have liked a cooked breakfast, on saying that though there was plenty to eat. Also we did not find out the bar was not open...

"A so-so stay. My dad wanted this break to be special as part of my mum’s birthday and we found our stay to be underwhelming. Firstly, through some research it appears that this hotel is no longer a part of the main Hilton group. This wasn’t communicated to us and caused a little anxiety not knowing if the booking was still valid or not. I called a few days prior to have this confirmed and the staff member on the phone advised we only had 1 night booked instead of 2. I had to explain this wasn’t...

"The booking was cancelled by the hotel as it was being closed to the public because they were taking in Ukranian refugees. Money is to be refunded in 10 to 14 days which is unacceptable as a replacement booking cost me over £20 more for the dame period. I will not be using Best Western Hotels again."

"Great weekend for two adults two children for an event. Room was very spacious two big beds. Nice small gym but enough equipment to do something. Staff friendly and amenable to any requests. Would use leonardo hotels again. Thanks"

"We enjoyed our three day break at Nethybridge very much in this fine old hotel. Even though it’s looking a bit tired in places, it makes up for any shortcomings with bags of character and first class, friendly and professional staff. The room and bathroom were really spacious and comfortable and the buffet breakfast caters for all tastes and is delicious.
