"Reine Victoria is BEAUTIFUL. This is where we were supposed to stay. Unfortunately, we had to make a last minute change to our itinerary. Although our reservation was non-refundable/non-changeable, they were kind enough to accommodate my change! The only catch was i had to stay at Laudinella, which is under construction, so no amenities on the premises. "Our stay was wonderful and the location was right in the town of Zermatt. Its so close to the train station so carrying luggage was easy. The place was clean and communication was great. Lots of nice reccomendations provided. We were pleased with our stay with 2 young children."

"The suite was new and very clean. Toilet was very small, and the towel heating rack was not working. Room temperature cannot be warmer in winter as there is no heating. The buffet breakfast spread was amazing. The restaurant staff must be commended: Fabio, Nabli & Sebastion at the egg station."

"Location and staff are great. The property is old and rooms are basic with a shared balcony. View from the balcony is excellent. Carpet and furniture can be updated."

"A bit of a walk, but it is a very nice walk and the views are spectacular. Breakfast was also a must. Very well done hotel and cosy reception. Lounge area is also very relaxing. I had an issue with a bathroom leak in the shower but it probably not common, I let the staff know."
