"We enjoyed our stay at the Langham but a few little details prevented this from being a five-star review. Some of the areas felt a little dusty and a little tired versus expectation of such a prestigious hotel. The bed however was extremely comfy and the shower one of the most powerful I've ever experienced. The staff were really courteous and friendly. "We received such great service on multiple occasions from the front desk staff. We felt so comfortable and pampered. I would especially like to thank Boky and her cohorts Lily, Polly, Angel Fok and Hugo. Simply outstanding! The hotel is at the top of Austin Ave. which gives easy access walkability to many restaurants, a grocery store and laundromat. We also found the walk to Kowloon park very easy and loved the park! "
