"The check in staff very friendly katie she try to find same room block for us as I have two room and even upgrade me to a bigger room. The room have been renovated recently and clean. Only one negative thing there only one water refill station at lobby and take very long to refill a bottle. Should consider every floor one water refill station."

We loved the concierge via WhatsApp! The response was fast and we enjoyed great convenience just by texting our questions. Location-wise, the hotel is well served by TST and East TST MTR stations. Very convenient. The Tang Court at the hotel, which served excellent dim sum, is also a great place for a nice meal. We are very happy with our stay at The Langham! "
