"The staff at GP were absolutely lovely and helpful nothing seemed too much trouble, the only downside of this hotel was the pool area, there are no hand rails to get in and out of the pool, I have slight mobility issues and found it incredibly difficult to get out, the steps are really deep, they could also do with a few umbers for shade. "

"Stayed in a Deluxe room with Balcony for 8 nights. Good size room with large bed and safe but limited number of clothes hangers for two people. Issues with aroma from bathroom and water not hot but good pressure. Enjoyed a pleasant break in a good location which was surprisingly quiet considering the numerous hotels located in the Soi. Small swimming pool on the roof. 1.3 metres depth with towels available from reception. "

"was very nice and clean, room.layout is abit bizarre however, like this bed/couch unmovable construct in front of the main viewing window..im not certain what its for other than blocking access to the window, has nonbackrests to sit on, and there is no coffee table in front of couch if you want to drink coffee and set it on something.. only a small table in puny kitchen with rock hard chairs.. everything else is really good "

"We appreciate the reception and the property. The area is walkable, touristry, and a bit expensive. But the overall beauty is worth it with the rooftop pool and several beaches nearby. For the rooms, they are clean with good wifi and awesome showers. The balconies offer great views. The walls are fairly thin and you can hear your neighbor's activity. "

"Initial impression not good in need of some maintenance. Room appeared to be clean, but house keeping only cleans the obvious don't look under the bed. Large room comfortable firm bed. Balcony nice once floor had been cleaned. AC worked well, shower but no shower stall, plenty of hot water. It served it's purpose. Should I return I would look for other venue. Fair price."

"We spent 3 nights The place was beautiful and clean I was happy to have a coffee machine Pool was greatKitchen had everything you needed The only negative was for my 81 years old mother and going upstairs "

"Great value for money accomodation. Very spacious rooms more like apartments with nice large balconies and living areas. Pool area is lovely clean and tidy. Quiet place with relaxed atmosphere staff were lovely. Only downside is the very steep hill you have to climb to reach the property followed by 4 flights of stairs to reach our room on the 4th floor, there is no lift which was abit of a struggle with 6 people and alot of luggage. "

"Our host johnny was great! He welcome us late at the evening after long trip. The home was as described. Swimming pool was fantastic and well maintained. All the equipment was in very good condition. The place is great for family stay. Also location is perfect but only is you have car/scooter. Otherwise you'd need to walk about 5min to get a taxi."

"Scandaleux nous avons payer 350€ pour n’avoir jamais mit un pied dans l’appartement. L’adresse est fausse ainsi que le numéro de téléphone pour joindre l’hôte.Arriver sur place nous avons tourner plus de 2h pour essayer de trouver le logement avec toutes nos valises.Aucune nouvelle de l’hôte ainsi que d’expédia.Ne pas réserver ce logement car c’est une grosse arnaque.Aucun remboursement n’a été effectué.Nous avons dû repayer un autre hôtel pour pouvoir se loger. "

"Nice, clean place to stay."

"The apartment was adorable and the stay went smoothly. Like other people noted it is up the hill, quite steep to walk to - a few times we had to walk down to the street to get a ride as drivers didnt want to come up. The rooftop pool is nice and clean, closes at 11. As stated in the contract that they emailed me, they took a cash deposit on site after i checked in, to go towards water and electric useage which is not included in the rental. They also charge an additional fee for wifi, which was...

"The host went above and beyond for me the whole time I was there. He helped me with renting a motor bike and gave me good suggestions on food and stuff. "

"Everything was pretty good with HOMA. I found the location kinda far from many activities i wanted to do outside of old town. Most rides ended up about 15-40 mins. Check in was simple but they do not have a in-room phone so you have to get an app or ask at the desk. But for a short stay it was not bad at all these are just the things that were negative"

"This stay was phenomenal. The villa is incredible and has an unreal view of the city. The staff is lovely, and the amenities are great. My only feedback would be paying for electricity - a bit ridiculous and expensive, be aware. Other than that, wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you for a lovely stay!"

Great stay

"We asked for upgrade so we stayed in villa with seawater pool. It was a real luxury. Staff was perfect and service was excellent. We went for 2 trips. The community trip was unbelievable. We visited a real family and it was great. Transfer from the airport to the hotel and later back to hotel in Phuket was perfectly managed. In hotel there was a big variety of food. The restaurant for breakfast was amazing with beautiful view. All restaurants by the sea were great. All waiters were very friendly. The resort is on hill. But it wasn’t a problem. They have very good way of transport(carts and cars) so we got where we want without walking in the heat. "
