"Property had access to Hyatt Ziva which is the family hotel. Hotel was the Ritz Carlton previously and is beautiful. All but two dinner restaurants are at the Ziva. Choice Buffet is larger, the French, Italian, Asian restaurants are outstanding. Property has Bites (candy, ice cream, snacks), gift shop larger, cigar shop, night time entertainment, Jamaican Street Food night, pizza shop, other places are there. Vacation at the Zilara was enjoyable but we feel the Ziva has more to offer. ...

"Beautiful beach, plenty of delicious food and facilities are not crowded. Most staff is super friendly and upbeat; some grumpy. Plenty of entertainment. Gym is well equipped but small and crowded. Rooms are somewhat dated and worn but very clean and comfortable. There is entertainment at the beach til very late so it can be extremely loud even past midnight. We had a fantastic time and would definitely return. "

"Lovely property and the staff were great. Only hiccup was checking in. We arrived before the 3 pm check-in and were told our room would be ready shortly but waited over 3 hours and after 3 pm for our room to be ready. The only blemish on a great trip. Feeod and drinkare are expensive (even by NY prices) but everything was well done so we did not mind paying "

"Excellent Stay from beginning to end. Went for a friends birthday and they went above a beyond to make it special. We checked in with Barrington at the front desk and he was pleasant, friendly and made us feel welcome and excited to be there. Shout out to him Marlvena and Teneil for making our time at the resort enjoyable. House keeping was impeccable.
