Even when we wasn’t happy with our room, they would find a solution to address my issue. I would give 10/10 for their service."

Some areas need a tiny bit of restoration love (floors as you enter the dining area) amd tile coming off on the in-pool chairs and the big fans in the lobby are not attractive if you are looking for a “complete vibe” but those are unimportant notes compared to the overall experience of staying there.
