"The facilities and the standard of the rooms was excellent. The majority of the staff was great however, I did find some of the staff to lack basic courtesy and not all residence was treated the same. Two examples, 1. Check in was delayed and I had to wait, no apology or complimentary drink offered although other residents was offered but not to me. This hotel is so huge they have free shuttle service to the rooms because they are up the hills, so it makes it rough to get to your room by walking. Also free shuttle service to the nearest beach which is nice! "
