"The resort is great though a little dated. The neighborhood is kind of sleazy and dirty. The resort is like a gem in the dirt. However, the neighborhood has all kind of restaurants and shops. It is walkable and convenient."

"This hotel is in the right location. This is where you need to be, especially if it is your first time visiting Patong Beach. It is walking distance to the beach, restaurants and the famous Bangla Road, around five minutes. The staff is exceptional. The room is clean. I will definitely stay here again. You will not be disappointed."

"Loved staying at the Nature! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The location is outside of the main area of Patong but this is a huge plus. Only a short uber ride to the main centre or a 20 min walk to Patong beach. Have recommended this hotel to many people already and would definitely stay here again in the future!"

"Great stay, we loved it so much that we extended our stay for an extra 10 nights on top of the original 9. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great facilities for kids. Really great massages at the spa. It’s postioned on top of a steep hill but they have a shuttle. Lovely pool too. I would stay there again. Bar drinks can be very expensive, good happy hour at the pool but outside of this it’s very expensive. Also did not like being charged for the individual activities at the Kids Club....

"We loved the fact that you could step onto your patio and then slip into the pool without actually leaving your room. Our room was very comfortable with the best bed we've had for a long long time. The bathroom is spacious, but beware of tiny steps into the bathroom! Breakfast was reasonable with 2 breakfast rooms. The lobby area is huge and has lots of seating with a nail bar, gift shop and coffee(Starbucks)/cake shop. Hotel only 1 minute from the beach, but you have to cross a busy road to...

"My sister and I took a girls’ trip to Phuket and decided to stay at Crest due to the location and amenities. The views were incredible from the property. I personally loved the fact that there were free Pilates classes at the fitness center. My sister’s first time in a sauna was at this fitness center and she was quite impressed. The best parts of the stay were the pool and the breakfast buffet. We’ll definitely be back! "
