"Remote and perfect get away from crowds. But close to the water and beach front. Lots of areas to go besides your room to view surrounding nature. Hotel decorations and building materials matched the environment around it - so in this case, water and greenery. Staff were not just friendly but actually greeted me by name and got to know me. Sure I was there for 6 days but still - never had this type of stay. There were several free activities - yoga and beach walks - which were great. There were several paid activities but I didn't do them (Thai cooking) as I'd taken Thai cooking classes before. I would hope to come back to this location! it's amazing. "

" **Zero Stars** I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this villa in Thailand. The accommodations were nothing like what was advertised or shown in the photos. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a non-English speaking individual who immediately demanded a deposit before we even stepped foot inside. The floor was not swept, and everything was filthy, full of dust and stains. We found mouse droppings all over the place, which was both disgusting and concerning. The tap water does not seem safe, as it comes out orange. After showering, we were left with orange stains on our skin, and the water had a foul smell. The cleanliness was poor, and the villa felt neglected. This was definitely not the experience I expected. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained place to stay or a safe environment for children."

"A cozy villa nestled around a small, well-lit garden in a peaceful setting. Conveniently, there’s a 7-Eleven nearby for essentials. Considering the remote location, hiring a self-driving ride for transportation might be a good idea. The staff is friendly, and the rooms and bedding are clean. While food delivery may not always be available, booking a cab is an option."

"The place was good - friendly staff and house and little swimming pool at house was good. There's a bigger common swimming pool which is also nice. Small fitness room with some older equipment but fine. It's not a tourist area so not a lot of (more western) restaurants in the neighbourhood and you need a car/scooter to get somewhere. Breakfast was okay but we had 2 times dinner at the restaurant and that was not so good so we went out almost every night. "

"me and my girlfriend stayed here for 1 night to go to the Phuket Elephant Sanctuary that’s quite close. we self checked in at 7pm. room was tidy and clean with awesome AC. The staff is very helpful and assisted us with anything she could (helps get taxi, answers all questions about area). would stay here again however the area surrounding is just some small quiet town with not a lot going on (however the locals are VERY friendly and we were easily able to hitchhike the 5 min drive to elephant sanctuary. was also provided a home cooked meal from a kind family while i was searching for a dispensary (lol) all and all the hotel was a great budget stay if you have something you specifically want to do in the area such as the elephant sanctuary that is very ethical and amazing. would stay again!"

"Exceeded all expectations. The villa is top class, as others have said, the photos do not do it justice. Having stayed in several larger villas in Thailand and other parts of Southeast Asia over the years, this one is definitely the best. The staff are exceptional as well. They go above and beyond, and make this stay even better. The chef is brilliant, the manager is fantastic, and the support team all show great care. Our group of 10 were all pleased! If there was a downside, it is a bit far from Phuket city and Phuket old town. If you’re thinking you want to go in and out of town a lot just be prepared for a bit of driving, especially if you leave during high traffic periods. However, I don’t see that as a bad thing, having been before, I was happy to spend as much time as possible at the villa. All meals can be prepared by the chef, you really have no reason to leave the villa. Although I would recommend renting motorbikes, as the coast road, the villa is scenic and not bad for morning afternoon or evening cruises. If you prefer to be away from the hustle and bustle, then this is 100% perfect for you. Easy to/from the airport. Great for an escape. I tend not to repeat destinations. But I could easily see me taking a group back to this villa in the future. "
