"A lovely hotel which was recently renovated. The staff are brilliant and super helpful. Although we did not use the restaurant it looked very good. There was a beautiful cocktail bar too. Our room was on the 4th floor and reached by a gorgeous old lift complete with seats!! The room itself was a little shabby in parts but the views were magnificent. Bathroom was large and very nice. Excellent coffee in the rooms and they all come with access to Netflix etc. Would definitely stay here again....

"Great hotel and location"

"We loved the Spa and pool. Plenty of parking and our room was serviced every day. We had breakfast delivered to our room which was a real treat. We visited nearby Wakehurst Arboretum and gardens and had no trouble eating out also. Our door key didn’t work on two occasions. Cocktails were expensive but overall it was a wonderful long, relaxing Easter weekend. The staff were very polite and helpful. "
