"Just a weekend trip. Stayed 2 nights. Excellent hotel. Free valet parking. The room and the bathroom are both very roomy and beautifully decorated. VERY comfortable beds and pillows. No casino and no smoking. Close to the strip. We walked everywhere. Loved our stay. Except my ears popped every time the elevator sped up to the 58th floor. Haha! "

"Four Seasons lets you be apart from the frenetic part of Vegas when you want, but makes it easy to access this part when you want to. For example there’s a private, kind of secret entrance to Mandalay Bay shops, that is very handy. Bourbon, the new restaurant, had an excellent ribeye"

"Check in was probably the most memorable part. The person that checked us in at the reception was so lovely. She really went out of her way to take great care of my sister and I. This type of warm reception made us feel welcome and it started off our stay on such a great note!"

"We left my daughter’s iPad in our room when we checked out only realising at the airport. I called lost & found and together with housekeeping they were excellent. Super helpful and polite, they found it and got it back to us within a week. Awesome service! "

"Crockfords is a great place to stay...5 star room and service. The staff are customer service oriented and experienced. The Valet parking is a bonus...fast and efficient. I can understand how there might be some peak times that could result in a delay. Resorts world is large and self contained. During our stay (late January) the resort was far from capacity...some restaurants had shortened hours or were closed. The RW location is at the North end of the strip but is still walkable to Fremont...

"Prestige club check-in and check-out people were gracious and very helpful. Club staff was also very gracious. Loved the gym and adjacent sandwich/smoothie/coffee shop. Didn't see the pool, but adult kids said it was nice. Rooms were spacious and beautiful. Only negative was an interaction with a dealer and a pit boss. I get it that they were just doing their jobs when checking the IDs of my young-looking 22 and 24-year-old sons. But they were rude and aggressive, demanding their IDs...
