Cons - outdated furniture. -the pillows smelt old too - always hosting different meetings. Wasnt really a problem for us because we were out all the time, but most of the restaurants would be blocked off for conferences alot while we were there -alot of lizards and other bugs and critters around -the resort photographers were terrible. "This was an amazing stay ! The beach is right across the resort. Can grab taxi service right at the entrance to the resort! Excellent room. We stayed in a garden view and it was perfect, you could even see part of the shore line in our room. The staff cleaned our room several times a day, which was nice. Breakfast had a lot of options, including omelette station and more. There are many pools, some of which are open late, fun for night swimming. Would absolutely recommend ! "

I just feel like the location- It doesn’t belong there -when you step off the property stepping into a very unsafe street traffic wise. Hard to get to the beach if you’re walking and it’s like it belongs somewhere else in Thailand because it’s a very wonderful hotel."

"We can back on 27 October 2024 from this hotel and it was incredible. The staff were lovely and so accommodating and the facilities were amazing and the rooms were beyond anything we could imagine. The food - in particular Raitalay Terrace was delicious! The choices they had in particular for vegetarians were so great. Can’t wait to come back again here. Special mention to Oil from guest relations and Salma from the activities centre for answering all our questions and organising excursions. "
