"Blue Bay seemed like a lovely place to stay but they overbooked their hotel. We planned on staying with them for 4 nights including New Years. We reserved 3 rooms that opened up the pool. We wanted an extra special New Years as a family so we spent more than we usually do. When we arrived they told me I had booked a different hotel. When I showed them my reservation they then said that they had overbooked their hotel and were sending us down the street to a different location. At the other...

"Extraordinary is an understatement! We had younger folks in a TreeHouse and the elders occupied the villa. All accommodations were superb with the restaurant serving scrumptious meals and a great breakfast buffet. "

The staff were so kind and helpful, we loved the primitive but low-key tech friendly villa, the food was excellent and day tours to the Phi Phi Islands and diving, snorkeling etc were breathtaking. I have been blessed to stay in 5 star resorts in Australia, the Caribbean Hawaii etc and would rank this the best. Of course we will be back soon! "
