"Booked an oceanfront suite. Staff was very welcoming at check in. Suite was beautiful with wonderful views of the beach and water! Cons - outdated furniture. -the pillows smelt old too - always hosting different meetings. Wasnt really a problem for us because we were out all the time, but most of the restaurants would be blocked off for conferences alot while we were there -alot of lizards and other bugs and critters around -the resort photographers were terrible. We had a private pool in our villa - one evening we were drinking Champagne in a regular tall glass by the pool, didn’t bother to request a flute. Next day, our housekeeper noticed that and brought us flutes without us asking- that’s called service!!"

"We got to the hotel early around 1. Check in was at 3 so we decided to grab lunch and wait. When check-in arrived they still didn’t have our room ready and we had to wait another hour before they upgraded our room for us. After the frustration was over, when we walked in the room it was absolutely stunning. View was amazing. There’s not a lot of things to do around the hotel. You’ll need to take a taxi to the old town. But the hotel itself is very peaceful. "
