"was very nice and clean, room.layout is abit bizarre however, like this bed/couch unmovable construct in front of the main viewing window..im not certain what its for other than blocking access to the window, has nonbackrests to sit on, and there is no coffee table in front of couch if you want to drink coffee and set it on something.. only a small table in puny kitchen with rock hard chairs.. everything else is really good "

"We stayed in small 2 bedroom unit. Had all we needed including washing machine, dinner setting, cutlery, pots and pans. Pool outside room with small balcony. Booked through TropicLook, was advised we needed to pay electricity, but told agent this was not advised when booked. Told we had a limit of 20KW per day. Stayed 14 days didn't use all power. Also had $130 AUD deposit which was refunded after room checked upon checkout. Room cleaned twice a week. Main bedroom small, not enough room for...

"Great value for money accomodation. Very spacious rooms more like apartments with nice large balconies and living areas. Pool area is lovely clean and tidy. Quiet place with relaxed atmosphere staff were lovely. Only downside is the very steep hill you have to climb to reach the property followed by 4 flights of stairs to reach our room on the 4th floor, there is no lift which was abit of a struggle with 6 people and alot of luggage. "

"Awful staff communication. It took them 24 hours to bring us toilet paper. Asked around noon. Messages kept getting mixed up, different people replying. Around 6pm they told me it was too late. They understood very little English, which is understandable, except that English speaking is on the listing. When it finally came the next day, they left it outside the door without knocking or letting us know. They wouldn’t bring more paper towels and kept saying we had to pay if we want clean towels....

"Scandaleux nous avons payer 350€ pour n’avoir jamais mit un pied dans l’appartement. L’adresse est fausse ainsi que le numéro de téléphone pour joindre l’hôte.Arriver sur place nous avons tourner plus de 2h pour essayer de trouver le logement avec toutes nos valises.Aucune nouvelle de l’hôte ainsi que d’expédia.Ne pas réserver ce logement car c’est une grosse arnaque.Aucun remboursement n’a été effectué.Nous avons dû repayer un autre hôtel pour pouvoir se loger. "Villa spacieuse et bien équipée. Le seul bémol est que la piscine est enclavée et que nous n’avions pas pied…l’équipe qui gère la villa est disponible et très réactive. La piscine collective aurait pu être agréable mais il y avait des travaux imposants à côté qui gâche le côté magique du lieu. À savoir que le prix de l’électricité est en plus de la location mais le tarif est abordable. "

"This stay was phenomenal. The villa is incredible and has an unreal view of the city. The staff is lovely, and the amenities are great. My only feedback would be paying for electricity - a bit ridiculous and expensive, be aware. Other than that, wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you for a lovely stay!"

Perfect hotel in Kata Beach

"Great stay, we loved it so much that we extended our stay for an extra 10 nights on top of the original 9. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great facilities for kids. Really great massages at the spa. It’s postioned on top of a steep hill but they have a shuttle. Lovely pool too. I would stay there again. Bar drinks can be very expensive, good happy hour at the pool but outside of this it’s very expensive. Also did not like being charged for the individual activities at the Kids Club. Virtual Reality/charity shop should be repurposed as Muay Thai boxing/gym extension. "

"I had a one bedroom seaview room and first arrived as the sun was setting which looked absolutely incredible. I was welcomed with a fruit bowl which was lovely and a nice touch. The bed was huge, which was great and I had a massive TV. The room was very clean and had a lovely balcony which looked over the pool as well as the view to the sea. The pool was fantastic, it had a swim-up bar serving great cocktails. Even the lobby is incredible and a great place to chill out in. Staff were friendly and would helpfully offer assistance. "
