"Booked an oceanfront suite. Staff was very welcoming at check in. Suite was beautiful with wonderful views of the beach and water! Cons - outdated furniture. -the pillows smelt old too - always hosting different meetings. Wasnt really a problem for us because we were out all the time, but most of the restaurants would be blocked off for conferences alot while we were there -alot of lizards and other bugs and critters around -the resort photographers were terrible. "This place was amazing! The lobby and the room were so beautiful and clean. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. They knew we would miss breakfast one day, so they made us breakfast boxes to go. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had many options. We also ordered dinner twice from the hotel restaurant and both times they were so delicious. I will recommend this place to everyone! "

"If you need quiet and just want to spend time with your spouse sir panwa is the place for you but if you looking for the party lifestyle this isn't the place for you. My wife and I enjoyed our stay but everything on the resort closes at 8pm. Also the resort is 30mins for everything and it cheaper taken cap we download the bolt app for cheap cap ride. "

They are currently undergoing building work on a new restaurant and although this has no impact on leisure facilities, the hotel does suffer from not having additional restaurant options in the evening.
