"Great location Basic essentials Value for money. Only disappointing part was check inn. I know a lot of places have a 2pm check in, but they have to be realistic when you arrive at 1.15 and they take 10 min for paperwork and then say you have to wait till 2pm, when clearly the room is ready. I just can not see there logic other than to put a miserable start to your stay."

"The location is perfect, easy walking distance to the heart of the town and great restaurants and shops. Staff were friendly and I appreciate that there is free coffee available in the mornings and that there were some complimentary snacks on check in and a new bottle of water provided al well as fresh towels every day. My only complaint would be that the top bunks in the dormitories are extremely high up and difficult to climb up and down the ladder, especially if carrying clothes or a...

"A wonderful good value place to stay in Phuket. The owner was so flexible and helpful when we had to make last minute changes to our itinerary due to cancelled flights, and it was so easy to make ferry bookings to visit the islands through them. They have WiFi, are centrally located right in downtown, and the rooms were clean and comfy. I would definitely stay here again!"

"J'ai passé un séjour très agréable à l'ananas phuket hostel. L'Hostel est très bien situé à côté du terminal de bus et pas loin de Rassada pier (pour aller sur les îles). Je suis arrivé le soir et le gérant m'a réservé mon trajet en bateau pour le lendemain matin et m'a emmener. L'accueil est super et le couple de propriétaires est aux petits soins. Je vous recommande cet Hostel et j'y retournerai!"

"New poshtel in Kata Phuket,It's quiet good,tidy,keep cleaning in housekeeping everyday,it convenient to go to restaurant to eating Thai cuisine in Kata,and the room charge is reasonable when during peak season,I would like to come back and stay in Tall Tree again on my next vacation in Kata Phuket and looking forward to visit the Thai mama and her younger son again!"

"Very noisy neighbouring bar playing loud music on one side of the hotel every night until midnight or 1am. It's an old grand house that is losing a lot of quality and has been converted into a jumbled café full of stuff. The staff are very friendly and kind. The beds and linen are exceptionally comfortable. One of the showers needs a lot of maintenance."

"was very nice and clean, room.layout is abit bizarre however, like this bed/couch unmovable construct in front of the main viewing window..im not certain what its for other than blocking access to the window, has nonbackrests to sit on, and there is no coffee table in front of couch if you want to drink coffee and set it on something.. only a small table in puny kitchen with rock hard chairs.. everything else is really good "

"Beautiful property, rooms, and pools. They upgraded us (from King Seaview Spa to King Seaview with private pool) which was very cool! Breakfast is an impressive buffet. 5-10 min walk to lots of restaurants and local shopping and massage (all of which is of course cheaper than the resort). Many resorts I looked at had beach or seaview in the name or room names but were just near beaches (walk through town). You pay more but this is actually on the beach and gorgeous. It is at the north end of the beach so more secluded than other areas - good snorkeling just around the rocky edge north of the beach. Lots of free activities. The minor complaints would be our big blinds were messed up (got them down and they wouldn't go back up but when I reported it they had it fixed within the hour). On check out they had a large meal charged to us that wasn't ours but they fixed it. Overall great stay and amazing resort. "
