The majority of the staff was great however, I did find some of the staff to lack basic courtesy and not all residence was treated the same. Two examples, 1. Check in was delayed and I had to wait, no apology or complimentary drink offered although other residents was offered but not to me. "The service and staff were immaculate. We stayed a week and had an all inclusive stay. Each restaurant was lovely, breakfast amazing. The massages and spa treatments were fantastic. The location is quiet and peaceful, great views and nice beach, about an hour from the airport and 15mins from Old Phuket Town. Very glad we stayed there and away from the hussle and bussle of Patong and the markets, while still being a short taxi ride from everything. The bird watching tour was great too, definitely...
