"A calm place near the town. Sympathic and nice people ready to serve you. Excellent coffee. The room was just large enough for 3 people. The bathroom should be larger and missing a place to put our clothes. But the stay was very pleasant."

"I was a tad hesitant to book this into this hidden gem however very glad I did! Super friendly and very accommodating staff ! They are what makes this place a solid 10/10! Daily housekeeping was done and the smaller room was cleaned with fresh linens and towels. The only negative is they leave the hallway outside area lights on all night which soak low light in on ones face! "The owners were so lovely and attentive, made sure we got onto our experience and always asked how we were! Room was comfy! Location good, only 10 mins walk to the old town where there is some good food options! Definitely would stay again."

"Let me start off by saying that the staff member, the husband and wife are extremely nice. This hotel has no let me say it again no elevator and the Wi-Fi doesn’t even exist up in our room. They put my family up on the 4 floor two adults and two kidsr. We had to carry our luggage, super heavy up to the fourth floor and back down when we checked out. "I reserved the room weeks in advance. I requested two single beds. They said confirmed and no problem. When I arrived at 3pm she said the twin bed room wasn’t available and she had a king. I decided to take the room BUT I then found out the room was at the top of the stairs 7 flights up! I’m glad I only had to stay one night. "

"Its the second time I’m coming to Pek House during my stay in Phuket. Nuna the host is amazing super helpful with everything and kind. Pek house is a bit out of the centre (20 min by walk) of Phuket, is close to the pier where the ferry to phiphi departing. Is is a quiet area and rooms are clean. Everytime I’m going to Phuket I’m coming here. "

At least wait u til 11am and check out time to make it fair, i wasnt checking out but was hoping for a sleep in. "I don't like giving bad reviews but this place is not what was shown in the ad. There were a few problems, wifi was not high speed, it barely worked and I needed to use roaming the whole stay. Which sucked as I rented for the wifi speed to I could work during my stay. The rooms were quite dirty and mattresses were old, springs broken. I stayed10 days and they didn't clean my room once or change the bed sheets/towels. My gf was in another room and she needed to repeatedly ask and they changed...

"What a gem this place is. Owners and their family were so welcoming and friendly. Helpful in every way they could be. The property is situated down a quaint alley that adjoins other apartment complexes. We enjoyed people watching with the morning coffee, and just talking it all in. "Ein kleines Hotel mit relativ kleinen Zimmern. Mein Superior Room (höchstens 18 qm) lag direkt zu einer viel befahren Straße hin und war sehr, sehr laut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, allerdings war die Zimmerreinigung etwas oberflächlich. Das dazugehörige Restaurant bietet leckere Speisen an und ein super tolles Frühstück. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt angenehm."

"We asked for coffee 4 times and We were told we would get it but then we did ot. The last time the counter person told us unless we opt in for a room cleaning we will not get more coffee. We were trying to save them from having to clean our room each day but that was the only we apparently we can get coffee."

"This stay was phenomenal. The villa is incredible and has an unreal view of the city. The staff is lovely, and the amenities are great. My only feedback would be paying for electricity - a bit ridiculous and expensive, be aware. Other than that, wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you for a lovely stay!"

"The hotel complex itself is really nice, it’s big but it’s well maintain with really nice grounds, pool and bar/lobby area, very grand! We stayed in the garden villa rooms which was really nice, great outside area with a little plunge pool and huge bath big enough for two. It also had good access to both the town side and the beach. So if you want a nice hotel in Karon beach area then I’d highly recommend. We weren’t as impressed with Karon as an area, had a very typical tourist vibe, like you could have been in any typical hot cliche beach resort but if that’s your thing then this hotel is a great place to stay. "

"Absolutely loved our time and the whole resort in relaxing and pleasant. All of the staff we met were so helpful and always smiling. Could do with upgrading/replacing some of the pool furniture as looking a little tired but didn’t dampen our wonderful experience."
