"Lovely hotel, right in the city centre near to public transport. Hotel clean and staff friendly. We had breakfast included in our stay, no complaints loads of choices at hand. "

"Beautiful hotel with a lovely pool and spa area. Excellent location. The only issue was the restaurant which was extremely loud and not ideal for our group. The library bar was closed and not accessible to our group unfortunately. The service in the restaurant at dinner was very poor we eventually left without an offer of deserts or coffees . "

"Great location, great staff on site. However, telephoning in advance about the parking discount was inconsistent and wrong. The staff onsite did rectify in a manner, which was good but staff need to be trained to all understand and give the same information"
