"I loved my stay at Bob W! Only downside was that there wasn't really anywhere to do the dishes I used, so I ran out of clean plates, cups etc. I didnt find it very hygienic washing them in the toilet sink (also there was nothing to wash them with)."

"Overall, it is a great place for a short stay. It is not a 5 star hotel but it is clean, in a great location that is close to public transportation and in between Oxford street, Hyde park and paddington station. I am giving it a 4 star out of 5 due to communication, I wish they told me in advance that the room is on the fourth floor and there is no elevator, I also messaged them before I arrived asking if they offer early checkin but I haven’t heard back from them till date. "

"The hotel is really well located, clean and exactly what we expected. The only issues we had were that the water would not go cold in the shower and the check in process was clunky. The key turned a strange way and felt it was something simple they could have told us rather than having to go all the way back to reception. They were lovely and friendly and would stay again, but just a couple of small things they could do better."

"This apartment was comfortable with excellent beds and a nicely stocked kitchen. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was very convenient with many coffee/bakery and restaurant options just steps away. Easy walk to Knightsbridge tube station and we had no issues getting taxis or Ubers within minutes. Easy walk to V&A and Natural History museums. The bathrooms both had surprisingly deep soaking bathtubs which were lovely. Would absolutely stay again. "

"Great place to stay while visiting London. Quiet, clean, and comfortable apartment style hotel. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was well equipped and big enough to spread out for a family. Quick walk to a couple of underground stations and then just minutes to all the sites in the London area. Several pubs and restaurants around to enjoy a nice dinner and drinks before walking back through nice little neighborhoods and parks. "
