"2nd time to choose this hotel , it’s my favorite stay choice while visiting Madrid, though little pricy yet worth every cent paid ! This time I stayed on 7th floor and would like to make a small observation about the shower & sink water which its temperature flactuates un comfortably!! Also sometimes it’s a long wait for the elevators during peak times . Otherwise, I love everything in this hotel 👍👍"
