"There for easter weekend although was putt in lodge opposite nice room though had to ask for coffe twice as non left in room...15 min from station walking so was ok. Pubs testaurants aboutc10 mins away. About half hou r walk to centre bur one road and flat would stopbagsin"

"Great location wise and easy walk into the main town good size room, well decorated with well stocked mini bar 😊 Would recommend, only downside was we were in the room downstairs (basement) so view out of windows was not good. "

"Lovely hotel with quirky decor. A real gem and within easy walking distance of the station and city centre. Great that the staff will pick up your luggage from the station on arrival and it was in our room when we arrived. Afternoon tea was wonderful and we loved the pantry and record player in our room. "Just had a 3 night stay at The Old Lodge with my 7 year old son. Everything was as good as it could be, amazing room overlooking the grounds, really comfy beds, nice bathroom, everything nice and clean, staff were brilliant really friendly and professional.. we didn't eat in the evening here we ate out every night but the breakfast was lovely plenty of choice for my son... Couldn't ask for more really and Malton is a lovely little place lots of shops and pubs ... Overall I'd give The Old Lodge...
