"Decent enough base for a stay in Cardiff. Not the nicest street but 5 min walk from area with main bars & restaurants. Very friendly & helpful staff and nice room, very good value for money."

"Rooms were clean and modern, staff were great, breakfast as you would expect. Area not great e.g. drug users in underpass to get to central area. but it is in the middle of town."

"We were put in an accessible room which wasnt great (and didnt seem that accessible if you really needed it). But all the staff at reception and in the restaurant were really friendly and helpful. Sadly didnt get the chance to use the spa etc. "

"Check in was easy and staff were very polite and friendly. We were a bit early so our room wasn't quite ready so they upgraded us which was lovely. Nice and clean, spacious bedrooms and fantastic access to Cabot Circus car park and city amenities. Would recommend! "
