"The staff and facilities were wonderful. They upgraded me to a huge suite with a fantastic view so obviously that influences my review. Everyone was friendly, helpful and courteous. Check-in and out was great. It is not quiet the quietest area but that is unavoidable in any major downtown. The location is incredible, right next to Michigan Ave. and I was able to walk to my conference venue, restaurants, Navy Pier, Millennium Park etc. Great stay all around! Thanks all for your hospitality."

"Really enjoyed the atmosphere inside the hotel. The dude at the desk was great. All smiles, super helpful, as were the greeters and floor sweepers. A staff. Free water bottles at the desk anytime is a nice touch! Our room was clean but the ceiling was peeling by the AC vent. The hotel has a retro theatre vibe and the room decore fits, not in a bad way.
