Parking my car was a nightmare. We reached the hotel at 1 AM because our flight got delayed. Theres no parking at the hotel, valet was going to charge us $70 a night. I had to look for a public parking at night. Terrible. They charged my card twice the amount of the stay and refunded it the next day, which is still pending on my transactions.

Restaurant seemed to rarely be open. No info was given to me at check in about my stay or any amenities. Only one elevator seemed to be working on the 1st morning of my stay so I had to walk down 9 flights of stairs to leave. There was almost always a cart outside my room that I would have to walk around any time I came/left. Temperature in room was perfect for the weather. The entrance doors always seemed to require a key to get in and out which I found to be odd as I went to other hotels around the block that did not require a room key to enter. It was a bit of a hassle having to always locate my key trying to get in at any point when it was freezing.

Everything worked out. The room was generous. The amenities very good (had microwave), clean & quiet. I was there for a 12 day stay but mid-way I became very sick, so spent 5 days in the room. It was very comforting - extra chairs to relax in, a desk, king bed. Temp. control worked well. Windows opened, if needed. Shower very good. I had't planed to stay inside as much, but when I needed to, it was a relief to have a nice place to recuperate. Only small negative was weak wifi.

The staff are all very helpful and courteous. A strike/protest of the hotel worker union started the second night we were staying there and we could hear it from our window. I felt bad that they were striking as they seem like very earnest nice people.
