"I loved the free breakfast it was very nice and the food was good. I loved how there is shampoo and conditioner in the showers for you. This was a very short easy walk to Navy Pier, and to the river area. Great location and overall and I am sure we will stay here again in the future. "

"The staff and facilities were wonderful. They upgraded me to a huge suite with a fantastic view so obviously that influences my review. Everyone was friendly, helpful and courteous. Check-in and out was great. It is not quiet the quietest area but that is unavoidable in any major downtown. The location is incredible, right next to Michigan Ave. and I was able to walk to my conference venue, restaurants, Navy Pier, Millennium Park etc. Great stay all around! Thanks all for your hospitality."
