"All of the staff were very freindly and helped with directions and travel advice. The breakfast is absolutley fantastic so much choice incredible spread. Room service quality of the menu and price was also very very good. The hotel was exceptionally clean and tidy. I had two issues at the hotel but they didnt really affect our stay. The kettle was broken when we got their it leaked when i filled it up and put it on so i took it to reception but they never sent a replacement. I also got charged...
