"This is the best hotel I have ever experienced. A perfect location for ski in/out, the rooms are so beautifully designed and appointed, and the staff were so lovely. The one bedroom that we had, has the largest bed I've ever seen, must be two double beds out together to form a mega super king. A big shout out to Gemma, Kimberly and Oscar for being so helpful and lovely. We will definitely return for our next snow trip next year. "

While many places in the surrounding area were closed, we actually loved the peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Hot water in bathroom hot for a while, cold for a while, very unpredictable and made showering not pleasant at all, and this happens in all the shower room in the unit I stayed in. Many bugs in the room, most of it dead, looks like house keeping didn't see underneath the sofa chairs. I stayed for 10 days, they only cleaned the room every 2 days, 1st and 3rd day they replenish the amenities for the facial lotion that comes in a small...

"The chalet is very spacious, bright, well maintained and fully equipped like a real home. All the utensil and cutlery in the kitchen are in very good condition. The beds are quite comfortable. There is only one thing I was not satisfied is there is no blackout curtains. Only blinds that block view but not light were installed. The sun rises near 4am in summer. I am a light sleeper and I would be awakened whenever the room began to turn brighter and ended up with insufficient sleep."

It is super spacious (163 m²), over two floors, with three bathrooms including a huge onsen-style bath for the whole family, and a well-equipped kitchen.
