"The room was beautiful, the onsen tubs were gorgeous and there were so many options for tubs. The dinner buffet was the best I've had at a hotel. My only disappoinment was trying to buy gifts from the shop onsite. I didn't realize they close at 11am. So with my hands full of items, they informed me the shop was closing. They did not offer to check me out or direct me to a register, just out of the shop. So I put all my items away and walked out, but I really wanted those items!"

"Convenient location to ski in and out of An’nupuri. All staff member from front desk, shipping luggage, kitchen staff to housekeeping staffs were very nice and friendly. The onsen was clean and bonus was the sauna and cold plunge. The morning buffet was ok, I would recommend to have more fruit varieties other than just grapefruit and pineapple. Overall spent 4 very nice days skiing and we ate out for dinner, highly recommend making reservations at lucky fingers and Matsuri. "

"Loved our stay here! We did ski in/ ski out and everything was so convenient and well thought out. We were here over the holidays and they had so many activities planned for people who didn't want to ski. It's a great family friendly place with lots to do and see. So many different eating options and bars. It made it so fun to explore the resort and neighboring hotels. Fun little shops to get souvenirs. Loved every minute of it. The Christmas program was wonderful! Go for the holidays if you can! "

"It seems like a hotel that also catered for long stays for temporary workers? E.g. ski instructors etc? There were some rooms with kitchen facilities for everyone to use at each level. The only issue we faced was the water from the bathroom was chalky (the one in the toilet and communal facilities were clear). We were not sure if its safe for consumption and the front desk could only advise us to let the water run for some time. Eventually, as we were with a 2.5 year old kid, we simply relied on bottled water. But other than that, he hotel and room condition are good. And it felt homely in the very cold condition when we were in Niseko. The breakfast at the hotel, for 2700 yen is also good. Staff was polite and helpful. Location was not bad too. We could not get a larger room, if there are."
