"The staff were amazing! Best price in town. We took the shuttle every morning and then walked back after skiing. The breakfast was free and I decided to skip it but the Ramon restaurant at night was really tasty. Our skis were safe and in a warmed locker. Really wonderful overall."

"I had stayed two nights there, went to hiking in Mt.Yotei , location is perfect for go Yotei. a little big country side but if you drive car, there is not a big deal of it, and it's a peaceful place. staff Ryu is very helpful even though he is busy all the time. He drive me to the mountain access which was early morning. also they offer break first which is very delicious. thanks everyone that gave me a good memories! really want to visit again in winter."

"The room was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and it was good. Unfortunately the breakfast rooms were at least 500 metres away, I was in the South wing and all the breakfast places were in the North wing. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, but the problem is that the coating in the frying pan in the kitchen has been damaged for a long time.
