The spa however comes at an additional cost, which you would expect for treatments but I thought they had a pool and it turns out to be a hydrotherapy pool so not included with the hotel stay which was a disappointment. "Had a decent 2 night stay here, a couple of small issues like having to chase staff for an extra pillow as there weren’t any in the room like there has been on previous occasions I’ve stayed here and having to ask them to refill the shower gel as it was empty. Otherwise room was very comfortable and warm. I did find it a bit annoying that they now charge for parking and you have no discount on the charge if you’re staying in the hotel, personally think you should have a slight reduction."

"My wife and myself stayed here for two nights. Easy check-in. The swimming pool was clean and nice to have . The bar and restaurant was clean and the staff were very helpful. Especially Anthony and Sabina. Breakfast was nice and plenty of choice. Our room was on the 4th floor. Which was nice and clean. Would definitely recommend and stay again "
