"Really enjoyed our stay, for the most part, jelly beans and balloons were a nice touch for our anniversary and birthdays celebrations. But two things slightly took perfection away: -it was lovely and quiet apart from hearing the sky bar bass from the 18th floor (we stayed on 15th) - we had booked drinks at the sky bar and got given a discount for it but at no point were we told that we needed to go down to the ground floor before we are allowed to go up, so we spent 15 mins trying to up 3 floors...

"Great hotel good location for the airport easy bus links into the city centre. Food and drink slightly overpriced. Use of David Lloyd leisure club next door. "

"Lovely Hotel and the staff on check in and throughout our stay were warm and welcoming, a great asset to the Hotel. The main bar is an impressive place for cocktails and to relax. One small criticism our room was cold on entering and took a little while to warm up. Would happily stay again."

"My stay was very comfortable. Service in the bar for food was very good indeed. The only thing I had to ask for was for water in my room. Apparently it wasn't supplied to all rooms which I thought strange but I was given 2 small bottles and they lasted my two nights. Thank you."

"Great location on Duke Street. Close to lots of great bars and pubs but far enough away from Concert square to avoid the noise. Walkable to all the sites and lovely clean rooms. Helpful staff and the cosy Monro pub directly across the road for a nice pint."

"We use the hotel frequently and feel at home there. Especially like the atmosphere in the bar and invariably find ourselves chatting with other guests. Great location for the business district but only ten minutes from the Royal Albert Dock or the excellent city centre shops. Literally dozens of good restaurants within 15 minutes walk and its own MPW restaurant is also very good. Highly recommended "

"Great experience all round, every single member of staff we interacted with was a pleasure. Hotel was clean. Lifts were speedy so wasn’t an issue being on third floor. Loads of options for breakfast. Swimming is a book in system which I think should be clearer when booking- however that process was easy and pool was clean too. "
