"The room was clean, nice bed and helpful friendly staff. Hotel could do with updating and some TLC as the windows are in poor condition so room was cold, heating didn’t work so was given a small blower heater"

"We stayed at the Pullman for the Comicon and the location couldn’t have been better ( literally next to it ! The hotel is very modern and there’s a lovely bar and restaurant in the lobby . We have stayed there twice now and will be back again in May . It’s also very close to the dock ( 5 minute walk ) ."

"Low ambient lighting. Friendly cheerful staff from reception to the cleaners. Everyone, especially Danielle were really nice and customer friendly. Bar staff also very accommodating as there are no fridges in the room. They kindly provided an ice bucket with plenty of ice each time I asked. We (2) stayed for 5 nights and were given a really nice room for 4, to make our stay more pleasant. The jacuzzi bath was brilliant. Breakfast was included and was a mix of traditional full English and...
