"Stayed one night for an early morning run in Bedgebury which was really convenient. Staff were superb, room was large and clean, parking was easy. They even let us use the facilities to shower after the run despite having checked out already. Will definitely be using this hotel again for future running events and staying in this area"

"Good convenient location. Clean well appointed rooms. Staff welcoming and very helpful. Only issue is the room on the 2nd floor was unbearably warm and there was no way to manually control it. The staff provided a floor fan on our second night and moved us to an upper floor day 3 and 4. I would stay again but request a higher floor. "

"I arrived quite late so did not use the bar of restaurant, however in the morning did find a gorgeous ambience, very Christmassy now to. My room 14 was in stable block, unfortunately fir me i was above the washing machine so between 22:45 & 01:30 my sleep was broken each time it hut a spin cycle with a loud tapping from corner of the room. "An elderly property essentially on the esplanade. Of course that means no lift making it inaccessible for some. On the other hand the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the included breakfast was good and the price was incredibly low. This might have been because I visited "off season" but it was certainly about half the cost of any other lodging I used during a two-week trip across the south coast. I'd definitely go back again."
