St Leonard-on-sea is great!
Our short stay was wonderful. Beverly and her staff were very kind, helpful and full of local knowledge of the essentials of what to do, where to go and how to get there! We loved the location and couldn’t want for better breakfasts. We hope to come back again.

We arrived a bit early, but the proprietress was on hand and allowed us to check in. The location was wonderful as it is very centrally located with easy walking to the beach, to many restaurants and green areas. Breakfast was also delicious and fresh!

Ian and Bev were so welcoming when I came to stay at Hastings House. I stay at hotels approx once a month but this is one of the cleanest and definitely has more facilities than others. Have recommended to others!

Bathroom shower tiles could do with more attention to cleaning. Otherwise, pleasant stay and welcoming staff and owners. The room we stayed in was at the back of the property and and you could hear downstairs occupants early early AM which did disturb our sleep. However, the B&B was a pleasent stay Its located within a 20 min walk to the Old Town and central shopping areas. 5 mins walk from the pier. Local.corner shops too.

This was a great spot. Everthing was awesome. We were on the top floor, 57 steps. We were fine with it but if you can not maneuver steps well, request a lower floor.
