"Great staff at check in. Reasonable car park charge at £5 for 24 hours. Breakfast was the usual choices, but staff again were friendly and helpful and the food was hot. "Had a really lovely stay with my daughters for 2 nights, clean rooms and comfy beds and great location to access lapland UK and Harry Potter studios. Friendly helpful staff and they even put chocolates and balloons on the bed for my daughters birthday which was lovely. The only down fall was we were told that breakfast finishes at 10.30am on the weekend and we went there at 10.10am and it had stopped at 10.
