"Good facilities but rooms are becoming slightly worn through overuse - but in nice central location although parking is not free "

"Very well-appointed accommodation; immaculately clean and comfortable for 4 persons especially family or couples. The bathroom with the tub, unfortunately, did not have a shower curtain or any way water could be prevented from splashing on the floor which created a compulsory cleaning up of the too much water on the floor after bathing. I thougt it was an oversight but it created unintended inconvenience, besides making the foot/floor bathroom towel too wet too soon. This should be an easy fix...

"Great position in Newbury, very close to the main shopping street. Parking nearby was cheaper than onsite so we used that. Entry was easy with good instructions. It was very warm inside, we had to open the windows and turn off the heating. Nice and quiet in the building, we hardly saw or heard anyone else. Everything you needed for a short break was supplied. "This is a wonderful apartment for a get-away in Windsor. On the doorstep of Windsor castle. Adjacent to a walking path to Alexandra Gardens. Great location with lots of food and grocery options. The communication from Chris was excellent and his instructions made getting checked in a breeze."

"Where do I start The property was described as a studio. It stated that everyone in my party would be undestrurbed in the accomodation. This is untrue and breaches the trades description legislation The property has a shared kitchen with no privacy in it. "Staybridge Suites on Bath Road is the perfect starting point hotel for families visiting London. This location offers large family friendly rooms, with a stocked kitchenette and a decent breakfast. Everything a family needs after a long Atlantic flight. And don't worry about getting to the hotel. It costs no more than 25 GBP via a Taxi and any Ride App. P.S. Take the family to the Three Magpies Pub a short hop away for authentic British food and very reasonably priced children's menu."

"I stayed at the hotel a night before my trip to the states. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to everyone! Spotless rooms, lovely little restaurant and extremely friendly & helpful staff. Nothing was too much for them & lovely young man even made considerable effort helping me fix a problem with the combination lock on my suitcase jamming. He even researched the problem online and showed me how to fix it if it happened again. Check in and out was speedy and efficient. All in all an excellent hotel! "

"A very clean and friendly hotel to stay in. You wouldn't even know that you are so close to the planes coming in. You could see them land from a balcony from the bar. The bed is very comfortable. The ride in the pod make this stay more fun."

"This hotel is close to the airport which makes it convenient for early or late flights. The bar and restaurant have excellent staff that are friendly & helpful in making your stay here comfortable and enjoyable. We have used this hotel several times and we will be using it again. Even though it is close to the airport we were not bothered by noise. "
