"Well worth the price and the convenience of being close to USJ. The rooms were surprisingly large (for Japan) with a huge Japanese style bath which we definitely took advantage of to soak our sore feet from being on them all day in USJ and the nearby Tempozan/Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan. City Walk is nearby for food and some souvenir shopping as well."

"Staff are straight face. Theirgreetings are too artificial, can tell that that are just doing their job, not really presenting the sincere hospitality greetings which a hotel suppose to be. May be there is a language barrier, everything I asked were reply with a "No, Can't do" manner. Hope the management can cosider improvement in these areas. "

"This property is really perfect if you are going to Universal Studios. It is a short walk to the park. You can even go back to the room midday for a nap and go back to the park at night. It’s also conveniently located right next to the JR station and there’s a 7Eleven right next door. After a long day’s walking, they have a spa and sauna open through the night. "아이들과 가기에 너무좋았어요. 위치 좋고 침대가 4개라 넓고 소파도 2개나 있어서 공간도 좋아요. 그리고 무엇보다 전자레인지와 얼음이 있는것 최고였어요. 1회용 수저에 나이프까지 있고 아이들과 함께하기 정말 최고에요."

"Loved our stay! The location is perfect if you want to be close to the Namba/Dontonburi area. Check-in was seamless, the room was small but comfortable and the freebies (including decent coffee) in the foyer much appreciated. It was our first time staying here and certainly won't be our last!"
