"Close to shopping and dining at Shinsaibashi main area. Easy access to take subway to go Umeda/ Kyoto area for more exploring. They don’t have laundry room and no laundromat closed by. If you plan to stay there for more than a few days, be prepared to bring enough clothes for your stays. "

"This was a really lovely hotel stay. The room was nice and had everything we needed. The staff were really helpful and kind even with the language barrier, but both sides managed to make it work with google translate. I was stressing about the best way to send our luggage to our next hotel in Tokyo and the receptionist was really helpful organising Yamoto. The breakfast was also really nice. "

Right before this trip we stayed at the MGH Kyoto Station where the breakfast was prepared with heart and tasted very good. We booked the triple twin for a family of three. Great sleeping arrangement for us with this bed option. Amazing pajamas and buffet breakfast too. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"This is a beautiful high-end convention hotel in a quiet area. The location is not convenient for tourists; however, taxis are always available. Down bedding is comfortable, unless there are allergies to down lol. Step-in tub does not have convenient safety handle for balance while stepping into shower. Hotel does not have public bath. The lobby and landscaping are gorgeous. "
