"I like how this hotel is walking distance to Osaka Station and the other train station (forgot the name). There's nearby restaurants, a doughnut shop, 7/11 (few steps away from the hotel). It's a quiet neighborhood in a sense that it's not packed with people walking around. You can hear the train that comes and goes since it's a close proximity to a train station but if you're dead tired after a long day out, you'll not even gonna hear it much. I also like how they provide you with fresh towels...

"The room is more spacious than other hotel and it does have windows with street view. The staff is friendly and helpful. There's a metro station right outside the front door and a market within a block. A 10 minutes metro ride will take you to the famous Kuromon Ichiban Market."

"Need more towel bars in bathroom. Need safety bar to get out of tub. Need 2 luggage racks per room. Single room should have a single bed (not queen size) to allow more space in room."

"This one is not in walking distance to anything. However, I do like that the hotel provide free shuttle to cosmo square on Sundays. The staff were very nice and helpful and I loved that it had a laundry room in every floor. "
