I did pay more for a “Deluxe Room with “Main Floor” mentioned. We were still 3 floors up and I paid more to be right above the very loud and crowded pool. Make sure to look into what this means elsewhere. Expedia had a terrible explanation. I thought we were in a corner room. This was not an Ocean Club issue. Everything hotel related was...

"Once we found the hotel, because of road construction, and then found the office, we loved our room, which was a spacious apartment...it may have been that at one time. The decor was "shabby chic" and really well done. The screened in porch was lovely with beautiful trees, plants and palms surrounding the outside. The kitchen was huge with glasses, plates, cups, silverware, coffee maker. The only thing missing in the kitchen was a microwave. The living room was nice...couch was not...
