"Penthouse provides panoramic views of the inlet, neighborhood and beach. Property is centrally located to shopping, restaurants and of course the beach. Condo is clean, well-cared for and Jim is very helpful with contact and local info. Only complaint was the weather, not Jim's fault of course, the sunshine state wasn't very sunny during our stay. We WILL be back again and would recommend this unit to anyone."

"The condo is great - spacious, very clean, great private deck and also right next door to the shared sun deck, which offers fabulous sunsets. The water park that is included looked like it would be great fun for a family, and had the sun come out even we adults likely would have enjoyed the pool area and lazy river. Our only complaint was the early check out - 10 am is really early to push people out on a weekend, and we would urge management to consider at least 11 if not noon checkouts. But a...

"Cute little cottage with 2br, 1ba. Very clean, close to the beach. Lots of supplies for the beach. Could use softer towels in bathroom and perhaps some instructions on the shower as it was quite hot on any setting. Prior communication was slow but once there was pretty attentive. "

"The complex is just recovering from the hurricane. The week we were there , they were over 20 workers repairing all the damage. By the time we left, it was such an improvement. We would definitely stay here again. The only negative thing and eye unit the bathroom could have an upgrade. The unit had all the amenities we needed it. Looks like most of the furniture was brand new. First floor unit, beautiful view of the beach, which was steps away. "
